Payment Options

Primera Foot and Ankle Centers makes every effort to keep our fees as affordable as possible. Due to the types of services provided, many are not covered by insurance. Laser treatments, aesthetic treatments, and medical spa services are not covered by traditional health insurance. For podiatry services that are covered, we have many payment options and accept most insurance plans.

Cash Pay Fee Schedule

A cash pay fee schedule is available for all services. In fact, some patients find our cash fee schedule may be less expensive than paying their insurance co-pays and deductibles.

Cash, credit cards, and debit cards are accepted as payment options for all services.

Financing Options

Financing is available for the convenience of our patients through Care Credit which is a medical credit card accepted by many healthcare providers. Insurance

For services that qualify for insurance, co-pays and deductibles are due at time of service. We accept most insurance plans including: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Coventry, Humana, Multi-Plan providers, United Healthcare, Tri-Careand Medicare. Please call our office if you have a question about your plan.

Flexible prednisone Health Benefits & Medical Savings Plans

We accept both types of plans for medical services; however, we cannot guarantee coverage under your plan. You will be provided with an itemized statement for your records and submission prednisone to your provider.
