Primera Foot & Ankle

After completing 4 years of podiatric medical school and participating in surgical externships throughout the county, our Foot and Ankle Surgeons complete a minimum of three years in a surgical residency program dedicated strictly to foot and ankle surgery. Our surgeons pride themselves knowing that they are the true specialists in foot and ankle surgery, as this is all that they do! To maintain our state licensure in good standing, we not only regularly attend continued medical education (cme), we teach the courses! Our surgeons are fraternity members within The Podiatry Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of foot and ankle surgery. Though this organization, our physicians participate within prednisone the lecture series on surgical techniques and other advanced foot and ankle topics as well as teach surgical skill courses to national and international foot and ankle surgeons. Our physicians also participate in the training of local foot and ankle surgical residents at the DeKalb Medical Advanced Foot and Ankle Surgical Residency Program and at the Atlanta Veterans Affair Hospital Foot & Ankle Residency Program. In addition to the extensive surgical training, our doctors have also been trained in advanced foot and ankle cosmetic techniques including Botox injection therapy, fat pad atrophy replacement injection therapy, plastic techniques for skin closure, and have been certified in a variety of laser treatments.

Primera Foot & Ankle physicians are active members of tadalafil the major national podiatric surgical organizations including the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) and American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS). In fact, our senior partner is a past president of ACFAS, the premier surgical organization for foot and ankle surgeons! Our doctors have also achieved the distinction of numerous peer-reviewed surgical publications in national foot and ankle surgical journals. Locally, our physicians are proud members of the Georgia Podiatric Medical Association (GPMA) and have served Atlanta with first-rate foot and ankle care for over 36 years. Finally, our practice understands the importance of giving back to those in need. The practice has worked along side and served those in need of foot and ankle care and surgery through the Gwinnet Community Clinic with no financial obligation to the patient. Additionally, the physicians of Primera Foot & Ankle have established their own non-profit organization, The International Foundation of Reconstructive Surgery (IFRS). Through this organization, our doctors participate in weeklong international surgical mission trips where we offer our surgical services to those in need. Recent surgical mission trips include El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala.
